Gada Annous has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business attained at the University of Technology, Sydney and is admitted as Solicitor in the Supreme and High Court of NSW. She is an accomplished and experienced lawyer and the practising Principal Lawyer at GW Lawyers. She has extensive knowledge and understanding in a vast range of residential and commercial property law matters.
Before becoming the Principal Lawyer at GW Lawyers, Gada spent seven years as a legal counsel for Westpac Banking Corporation which entailed drafting and reviewing legal documentation as well as engaging and managing both internal and external stakeholders and legal advisers.
Gada understands the importance of ensuring a smooth process when assisting clients with matters and is aware of the potential issues and problems that may arise throughout the process. Wael Chehade has attained a Bachelor of Business and completing Conveyancing Law & Practice at Macquarie University. Wael is responsible for the day to day operations at GW Lawyers, as well as overseeing and managing the Conveyancing Department. Wael is committed to ensuring the highest level of customer service to all GW Lawyers clients and stakeholders.
Wael has been working in the local Bankstown area for over 10 years and has a sound understanding of the local property market and the importance of meeting deadlines with all dealing with all property transactions.
Prior to joining the team at GW Lawyers, Wael worked with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia for 8 years including roles ranging from Mobile Banking Manager to Relieving Branch Manager.
